hiya, my name is Ola! and I did work experience at Justelle Marketing and Media!
During my work experience week at Justelle Marketing and Media Company, I had the opportunity to dive into the dynamic world of marketing and media. I worked primarily within the marketing and media department, which allowed me to gain hands-on experience with a variety of tasks and projects. Throughout the week, my main responsibilities included creating social media posts for different companies, managing social media accounts by following relevant profiles, and writing news articles for websites. These tasks gave me a well-rounded understanding of the daily operations within a marketing and media company.
One of the most significant insights I gained was realizing how media is meticulously managed by companies like Justelle. I had previously underestimated the amount of strategy and coordination involved in creating and maintaining a company's media presence. This realization has broadened my perspective on the industry and highlighted the importance of behind-the-scenes work in media management.
Although the week started off a bit confusing and somewhat monotonous, as I became more familiar with my tasks and the environment, my experience improved significantly. By the end of the week, I found the work engaging and enjoyable, making it hard to believe that my time there was coming to an end. The work environment at Justelle was incredibly positive. The office was clean, and well organized, and the staff were very welcoming. Despite not being very sociable by nature, I managed to interact with several colleagues who were exceptionally kind and helpful. Their support made my experience even more rewarding.
One of the challenges I faced was adjusting to the new environment and understanding my tasks clearly at the beginning. However, with time and guidance from my colleagues, I overcame these initial hurdles. This experience has helped me become more adaptable and improved my communication skills, even in a professional setting.
Overall, my week at Justelle Marketing and Media Company was incredibly valuable. It provided me with practical experience in the marketing and media industry, enhanced my understanding of the field, and allowed me to develop new skills. I have nothing but positive feedback for the company and the people who made my experience so enriching.
