Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS)

I am delighted to announce that Justelle Marketing and Media Ltd has today, 8th November 2022, received the bronze award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS). This is a very proud moment for Justelle.

What is the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme?

The Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) is a program in the United Kingdom that acknowledges and rewards employers who support the armed forces community. This scheme is managed by the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and they recognise organisations that demonstrate a commitment to providing opportunities and support for the armed forces community. Organisations also must align their values with the Armed Forces Covenant affirming their dedication. The ERS is designed mainly to recognise private sector support but public sector organisations, for example the emergency services, local authorities, NHS trusts, are also eligible to be recognised.

What does this mean for Justelle Marketing and Media?

Having a bronze award demonstrates our commitment to being supportive of the armed forces and our openness to hire reservists, veterans, cadet instructors, and military spouses/partners.
